XWorx AI collects information you choose to give us directly — primarily through the project enquiry form on the Contact page. That form asks for your name, company, work email, telephone number (optional), and details about your project.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how it's used — for example, which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner; nothing loads before that. IP addresses are anonymised. How enquiry data is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It's sent by email to XWorx AI's own inbox via Resend, a transactional email provider, and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser and connection as part of that check — see Cloudflare's privacy policy .

Hosting and infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site to you, as it would for any website on its network.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request it be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on the Contact page.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if how we handle data changes materially — for example, if we introduce additional third-party tools.
